ConfettiDisk Terms of Service

BML solutions Inc (the "Provider" or "we") of ConfettiDisk, writes this terms to use ConfettiDisk (the "Service"), available at our Web site (the "Site") http://confettidisk.com to you ("you" or "User").

Accepting the Terms

In order to use the Service, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Service if you do not accept the Terms.

Use of the Service by you

In order to access the Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Service. You agree that any registration information you give to BML Solutions will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by the Terms and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.

• post, upload, distribute, disseminate any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, prohibits obscene or otherwise objectionable or offer to perform such actions
• impersonate another person (via the use of an email address or otherwise) or to lie about their identity or source of email
• illegally transferring the contents of third protected by laws on intellectual property or other private information without the permission of the owner or licensee
• use the Service to violate the rights protected by law (such as the right to respect for privacy or image) of third
• promote or encourage illegal activity
• hinder the use of the Service by other users
• create multiple user accounts in connection with any of the above violations or create user accounts in an automated fashion or with a false or fraudulent identity
• practice of selling, reselling or trading accounts ConfettiDisk or exploit for any unauthorized commercial purpose or transfer accounts
• to use the service for illegal exchange of files peer to peer

Account security

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services.

Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us as soon as possible in case of breach of security services, including but not limited to, unauthorized use of your password or account

Content and Proprietary rights

BML Solutions does not assert any ownership rights in your content. What belongs to you, stays yours.

BML Solutions expressly prohibits the use of its Services for the illegal transmission of copyrighted material, and will respond if notified by content owners to disable copyrighted material from being transmitted via its Services. In addition, we may disable individual accounts if these accounts are found to be illegally transferring copyrighted material.

Software updates

The Software which you use may automatically be updated from time to time from BML Solutions. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Services and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Services.

Fee

You acknowledge that we may charge a fee for the use of the Service or a part of the Service. We never initiate the charge, but you will be notify (by email) to pay the fees to access or renewal any part of the service. In case of no payment received the service may be suspented.

Account Inactivity

BML Solutions reserves the right to terminate your account pursuant to the Terms of Use if you do not log in to your account over a period of three months.
